Kimpton is a small rural village in Hertfordshire.
Here at St. Peter and Paul Church, a 13th century church, we are extremely blessed to be able to keep our doors open everyday for visitors.
Come and see our glorious church and you will find that it is a place where past and present meet.
In addition to regular worship of God week by week, there are many different and varied activities taking place.

Church and Churchyard
Come and enjoy the historical atmosphere of our 13th century church and spend quiet time in our beautiful Churchyard with views of the surrounding countryside.
Prayer Corner
A lot of people want to come into church informally as a place to be quiet, to think and say a prayer. Our ‘Prayer Corner’ is a perfect area inside church to come to do just that! If you wish to, why not light a tea light during your time there or share your prayers in our prayer book.
Book and Jigsaw Swap
Inside the church is a fabulous area to come and have a quiet read and a cuppa. If you don’t have time to sit and enjoy the peaceful environment, then grab a new read from a huge selection of fiction, biographies, religious and travel books. If jigsaws are your passion, then please feel free to browse through our collection to take home. Anyone can come in during the day to take a book or jigsaw. If you have anything to bring as a swap, so much the better!
